$100.00 deposit required (mail or bring in) balance due before 2nd game

 As young as 18 months up to 6 yrs old your player can enjoy time on the soccer field through our SoccerTots Program here at b2b.

SoccerTots has been specifically designed for young players to have fun with soccer.
 
Fun is key, yet, at the same time your player will be working on running control, balance, ball control, kicking control and fitness. 
In the most fun and creative ways our instructors keep your player active with colorful, fun games for all different ages.

SoccerTots is an ongoing program - you can start today!

* 1st time in...ID Card must be purchased
($20.00  ID Card includes Open Play the night of purchase)

 
Each player will receive their very own photo ID Card

The "ID Card" will cost $20.00     Annual Renewal $12.00  (renewal applies only to ID cards purchased after November 01, 2004)

This card insures b2b that you have filled out the proper paper work & allows the staff here at b2b to identify you with quickly & effeciently. 

This card must presented to the referee prior to the start of each and every game or player will not be eligible to play.  The card will also be used to moniter customer purchases, types of activities joined and suspensions due to misconduct.

If card is lost or even just "forgotten" a new card will be re-issued before the player will be eligible to play at any time. The replacement cost will be $5.00 per card - no exceptions!!!

Arrangements may be made to store card at b2b (see Management for Details)

All players must purchase an "ID Card" from b2b to participate in any or all the sports activities offered here at Back-to-Back Indoor Sports. 

Adult Teams
Adult league players must be at least 16 years old to play. Proof of I.D. is required.

Youth Teams
All youth teams must have a responsible adult coach at the time of league registration.

Adult & Youth Teams
Shinguards are mandatory and must be covered by socks.

Coaches/Team Managers will be held responsible for the conduct of their team and their teams spectators.   Coaches/Managers will be held responsible for any & all balances due at the beginning of the 7th game - it is not the facilities responsibility to collect individuals players dues unless the team is house organized.

Registration
$100 must be included with your team registration to secure a league spot. All money is payable to Back-to-Back. Deposit is not refundable if a league is available. The balance is due prior to the 2nd league game. Visa/Mastercard is accepted at Back-to-Back’s Main Office.
